Foodtech POTATO WASH is a proven decontaminate for Potatos that is derived from natural ingredients.  It is a viable alternative for chlorine and other process aids.  Formulated from a blend of natural organic acids potato wash  will not harm the environment.  It is non-tainting and non-toxic and can be applied via dipping either through a flume or batch washing.
